Amazing! I think this was better than the big boats. It was cold but had heated indoor areas, and we were lucky to have dolphins bow riding our boat. Everyone had a good view since it was a smaller boat with less crowding. We saw multiple humpback whales, puffins on the water, and the dolphins.
We were lucky enough to see multiple whales — especially one humpback that was putting on a show by breaching multiple times. The tour company was very accommodating when we had to change our booking time at the last minute due to weather.
This was an amazing experience. We got to see several humpback whales that swam close to the boat. The boat was spacious with no problem finding a place to sit, both inside and outside, and there's a bar onboard for drinks and snacks. I would definitely book this again!
Great tour with knowledgeable guides, the boat was much nicer and less busy than the other ones nearby. Wrap up warm, it gets very cold on the water.

Cruise Faxaflói Bay aboard the Amelia Rose, an offshore-built yacht designed for a smoother, more comfortable sail than smaller boats.

Race out from the Old Harbour aboard a fast, specially-engineered RIB boat built to get closer to Reykjavik's whales and puffins than bigger boats can.
